These terms govern access to UPALIT during its controlled testing phase. They do not constitute an offer of securities, investment advice or a commitment to complete a transaction.

Test access
UPALIT currently supports browsing, registration, verification testing, asset submissions and simulated workflows. Live investment, settlement, transfer and payout functions remain disabled until the required approvals and production controls are active.
Account responsibility
Users must provide accurate information, protect account access and use only their own identity. UPALIT may restrict or suspend access where information is incomplete, inconsistent or presents compliance or security concerns.
Asset information
Opportunity information may include third-party ownership, valuation and project materials. Publication in test mode does not mean that an asset has been approved for a live offering or that its value, liquidity or performance is guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person or treat test-mode records as legally completed ownership transactions.
Future transaction terms
Any future live opportunity will require its own offering information, eligibility checks, risk disclosures, fees, payment terms and transaction confirmation before a user can invest.
