Eligible properties, projects, precious gems and valuable goods may be submitted. Every proposal remains subject to legal, ownership, valuation and compliance review.
How does UPALIT earn revenue?
For completed transactions, UPALIT’s intended platform fee is 1% and the buyer also covers the applicable Stripe processing cost.
Can investors sell their shares?
Eligible holdings may be listed on the controlled secondary market, subject to restrictions, buyer verification, available liquidity and settlement readiness.
