Capital at risk
You may lose some or all money committed to a future opportunity. Asset values and income can fall, costs can rise, projects can be delayed and insurance or contractual protections may not cover every loss.
Limited liquidity
There may be no buyer when you want to sell. Any future secondary market may be restricted, intermittent or unavailable, and a displayed indicative value does not guarantee an executable sale price.
Valuation uncertainty
Properties, gems and infrastructure projects use different valuation methods. Valuations may rely on appraisals, forecasts, comparable sales or specialist opinions and can change materially.
Category-specific risks
Property can face vacancy and repair risk; precious gems can face grading, authenticity and custody risk; projects can face construction, operating, counterparty, permitting and revenue risk.
No guaranteed protection
Returns are not guaranteed. Regulatory permissions, compensation schemes and complaint rights depend on the final product structure and jurisdiction and must not be assumed from test-mode access.
